Tournament details

Everything teams need to know

Register as a full team. The team captain completes the team section and every player must complete the required player details, waiver, and standards agreement.

Seeding Day · Saturday, December 5

Every team plays two seeding games to set the playoff seeds. Games run 10 AM – 5 PM at the GIC Community Center.

Playoff Day · Saturday, December 12

Single-elimination playoffs all day, ending with the championship game. Games run 10 AM – 5 PM at the GIC Community Center.

Registration · $200 per team

Invoiced to the team captain once registration is verified. A team spot is secured once payment is confirmed.

Format

3 games guaranteed. One champion.

Every team plays 2 seeding games and makes the playoffs, so every team is guaranteed at least 3 games.

Seeding Games

Each team plays 2 seeding games on December 5. Playoff seeds are decided by record, then point differential, then head-to-head.

Game Rules

Two 20-minute halves. Running clock in the first half, stop clock in the second half.

Rosters

5–10 players per team, ages 15+ as of December 5.

Playoff Day · December 12

Single elimination, plus a 3rd place game. Every team qualifies.

    Opening Round · 10-team field only

    Seeds 7–10 play in. Seeds 1–6 go straight to the quarterfinals.

  2. 2

    Quarterfinals · 4 games

    Seeds 1–4 face the lowest remaining seeds.

  3. 3

    Semifinals · 2 games

    Final four. Winners play for the title.

  4. 4

    Championship + 3rd Place · 2 games

    Semifinal winners play for the title. Semifinal losers play for 3rd.

Register your team

One team captain should submit the form for the entire team. Every player needs detailed information for safety, operations, and tournament standards. Once everything is submitted and verified, we will send the team captain a billing invoice.
